I get it that my bios is not the latest version but this has been stable ever since I have installed it back 3-4 months ago , I really haven`t changed anything on the pc other than the GPU and the GPU was changed after the issue occured.

I have been using the pc as it is minus the gpu for over 5/6 months since building it and have had 0 issues until now . Here is the part number ‎CMH32GX5M2B6400C32. The Ram was used in my old Intel 13th gen build but I have had no issues with it on both the intel and amd system.
