Direct connection from DVI (still via converter to HDMI) to TV, skipping receiver, solved it for me, as a workaround. So I still think that root cause of improper behaviour is graphics card, but receiver triggers it.

Yeah, I agree that changing cooler should help, why wouldn't it. It is just disappointing that stock cooler, which according to Intel should go up to 72 degrees on that CPU, actually goes 30 degrees higher. It makes me worry that something might be faulty.
