I keep getting the bluescreen "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and it's caused by the device "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7ABC&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_11\3&11583659&0&E4" which is labled as "Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #5 - 7ABC" and I literally have no idea what that means... It sounds to me like an empty port...

They are PWM fans connected to a Lenovo motherboard (in a m83) and they are 4 pin. My motherboard has a fan speed setting (Acoustic , performance, or full speed) and none of them work still until boot. I also tried resetting my bios.
