I am looking to build a second computer to use for video editing and streaming. I do not need any peripherals but do need an OS. The maximum I would want to spend is ~$1200 but honestly the cheaper then better. Thanks for the help!

I currently have one 16:9 and one ultrawide 21:9 1440p monitor. If I bought a second 16:9 monitor would I be able to play across all of the monitors? I'm not sure if it would work because of aspect ratios.

I just upgraded from my 770 to two 970s and after installing the new cards my computer powers on and restarts. I It seems to me like everything is getting power and is connected securely so I cannot figure out what the problem is. Any advice?
