ajo so i modified fan curve, gpu 55 then and vr 72, still fine and however with frame in game showing 60 locked without vsync the fan raises up when using vsync it doesnt, so i guess in some games in menus or cutscenes without vsync it just renders xxx fps and gets unneccesary up framerate...
