Turned off psu and pushed power button but the fan didn't spin Currently the computer is working pretty fine with GT730,so it doesn't look like psu problem anyway. Back to the point, how am I supposed to do with my 280x?Should I just get RMA?

Some additional reports. When I plug both GT730 and 280X,it wont boot up. When I boot through GT730 and connect 280X, device manager tells me I have HD 7900 series plugged in.
