I plugged in my HyperX Cloud 2's and they are working fine. The current Headset I am working on is the RUN MUS K3's and I have...

    Windows Migration SSD

I've personally never used EaseUs so I cannot say how well it would work, When I installed mine I just wrote down my win key and reinstalled windows then cleared out my old partition after grabbing data I needed.

You do not have enough ram to run battlefield one, also I am not sure about your processor as you did not specify which processor.

    Windows Migration SSD

To move your windows you have to either, A. reinstall windows or B. find a software that will clone it for you. One such software is EaseUs I believe but it costs money.

    First Gaming PC

It looks really good! Personally, I would bump the ryzen up to a 2600x with a good cooler, I would also recommend instead of using the wireless adapter move your pc closer to the router and run a wire to it. If you have to use wireless that's fine as well.

can my psu and graphics config work

They will be fine there is an industry standard. Unless you have a faulty PSU and faulty wires they will work exactly like your last PSU. There are three primary voltage rails inside of the power supply: +3.3V, +5V and +12V. And the amps are the same across everything.

$1,000+ budget for AMD Ryzen gaming build

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/SugarPsycho/saved/#view=74CFdC this is my current build, I assume you already have monitors so thats 260 off the price tag and you might go for a 1050ti instead of the 1060. There are cheaper motherboards but I personally like the crossfire/SLI compatibility with...

can my psu and graphics config work

A higher wattage will not fry anything it is just how much power the PSU can output, what will fry your motherboard or parts is different amps and voltages HOWEVER these are all already set to a certain standard across the board so you should not have to worry about it.
