I dont know because I dont know where to find the controls/settings. ive tried to search my PC files for an application or something but it hasnt worked.

I got it working by lowering the overclock to what they were at before the BIOS update. I was under the impression that updating the BIOS would allow me a tiny bit more overclocking ability but I guess not. Thanks for the solution.
