Hi, i have 2 strips of the phanteks neon digital rgb strip and 2 strips of the phanteks standard digital rgb strips. Can I daisy chain all of them together so that the end part is connected to only a single header on the motherboard?

My 8700 is delidded and uses liquid metal between die and ihs and ek block. It is clocked to 5ghz and maximum temperature peak at 67c with room temperature of about 30c. So will a 3080 or 3090 be bottleneck by my cpu or will a 10900k made any difference? Any feedback will be appreciated while...
