Ok, if it is the MB I have some really bad luck. Hopefully it is just the CPU since that is a quick exchange with Amazon.

Tried with a windows 10 installer USB and got same results. Couldn't get Asus crash free bios to work either. I dont even know what to try next.

I tried what you said, same result. I put the M.2 drive in, I press f1, then just a black screen and the boot led comes on. I used one stick of ram because that's what the other link you sent said to do.
