I would stay away from any card with less then 4gb VRAM and 4gb is just cutting it now with newer games. But I will say that Doom is very optimized and runs really well. If possible I would save up for the 1060 6gb version if you can.

I'm no expert in overclocking but I'm pretty sure 1.390v is CRAZY HIGH voltage. You want to get that as low as possible while still being stable. I for example have my 4790k running at 4.6 with 1.205v and I'm still working on it, Going to try even less with my next test.

I have the fractal design R4 case with a h100i mounted in the top as exhaust with the rear fan also exhaust and the two front and one bottom fan as intake. I get really great temps with this setup. I just hate the idea of blowing warm air into the case with the front mounted rad.

I started streaming games from my pc to facebook with nividia's shadowplay so some friends and family could watch and the quality when they watch on pc full screen is extremely bad. Its much better if I stream to Twitch so I'm guessing the the problem is on facebooks end.
