Shadowplay 5 minute record feature not working?

When I try to use the 'Instant Replay' feature, it doesn't work.
It comes up saying 'To share your desktop, go to settings>Privacy Control> and turn on desktop capture. I've looked for this in both the windows settings and in the shadowplay settings and I can't find it.
What do I do?

Press ALT+Z to open shadow play then click the gear symbol on the right for settings. Scroll down to bottom of the list and click privacy controls and select yes.
