Have you reinstalled windows? As far as I know after a new motherboard installation it is highly recommended to clean install windows

What peripherals do you have? Is the GPU having a RGB system (even logo rgb)? What old components you changed, only the GPU?

That's a bummer and shouldn't happen normally. Are you 100% everything is back as it was? Battery back to it's socket the correct way, PSU plugged in and PSU power button on (it should set on | and not on O). Do you have another PSU handy to try it out? Or before that you could try plugging out...

Could you try resetting CMOS? You need to unplug the PSU cable, turn PSU off, remove the CMOS battery and press the Power button several times for like 5 minutes - to remove any current that might reside in capacitors. This will also reset your bios but hopefully you will be able to get there.

You may be a victim of Windows' standby memory clogging up. Try installing ISLC Tool (made by the same guy who made DDU) and run it and hit "Start" button (it should automatically clear the standby memory when the list is 1gb and memory is lower than 1gb by default)

Holy!! Me too! And i'm experiencing the same annoying stutter. I'm reading on the internet that the dongle sound card driver might have a conflict with the onboard soundcard of the motherboard. Need to check more into this.
