Windows 11 fully up to date. Think I'm going to have to use something else.

Hotmail.co.uk and I can log in on ms365 Outlook. Can't understand why I suddenly can't download them to my laptop

It keeps asking for my password which is definitely correct as is the email address

I've not been able to log into outlook 2007 on my laptop since before Christmas when I changed my outlook password on the mobile app whilst abroad Settings have all been checked and password changed twice. I don't want to end up paying for 365. Any suggestions please?
