Not sure about my water cooler

Does your pump have the switches that you can control the speed, and I also see that it has the software to control this as well. I would hate to say possibly you need to upgrade to the Captain 240, I am not sure the price of this.

    Keyboard and Mouse won't connect

First step you could update the OS itself (even reinstalling the OS onto the hard drive), reinstall the drives onto the new PC and update them. The hard drive could be corrupted as well. Its a new motherboard right?

Corsair PSU rm750i - safety concerns?

I have heard of PSUs setting houses on fire. Keep them clear of dust, and it helps to keep them in a well ventilated environment. Its funny because if you look on Amazon.com reviews of this Corsair, they are really mixed. Most PSUs have fuses that burn out killing the PSU itself preventing...

Will I Need a New Motherboard and/or Power Supply to Support These Other Upgrades?

Your build is a lot like mine except mine has a 850W PSU. 700W is still a good load so you should be ok there. Sadly though you will need to upgrade the MOBO. http://www.pc-specs.com/gpu/Nvidia/1000_Series/GeForce_GTX_1080/1701/Compatible_Motherboards Here is a link for MOBOs compatible with...
