can i overclock my cpu and gpu using an asrock h87 fatality performance motherboard? my cpu is intel i5 4690k and my gpu is asus gtx 760 dc2oc should i overclock using an asrock h87 or z87

its hard to find a 760 here which is expensive also. thats why i didnt get the 970

but if i went to AMD i would have to change the motherboard too. is 760 good for i5?
