Thank you for all the help everyone. I was able to forgive out how to stop the the lightservice.exe that was left over after uninstalling.

The Asus aura was not the only RGB software I was using. I uninstalled them all and still ran into the same error code.

the fresh install of cinebench also crashed. Until the crash from the ccleaner, CB has been the only application to cause a crash. I have ran other benchmarks like 3D mark with smooth results.

I was able to successfully run CCleaner. It did find somethings that supposidly needed fixing. I will now try to reinstall Cinebench.

The linked website in that video is no longer actively working. Any other suggestions?
