So my friend has a Dell Latitude e6400 Celeron 2, he go a display port to HDMI, but the issue is actually on windows choosing to connect to it, when I try fn + f8, nothing happens same with windows key + p nothing happens so I'm lost

So recently I bought the Acer XB280HK UHD4k2k and i have a gtx 1080, now the problem is i enabled g sync on the NV control panel and disabled V-Sync in the control panel as well as in games (BF1,RS6,Insurgency,etc..) but im still getting screen tearing... Is it the monitor i got or is there...

So my original system was an i7 4770k with 256 ssd and a 500w psu with a XFX R9 270x. works fine so i want an upgrade to a gtx 980ti so i thought why not build a computer for my friend so i got a small case and an i5 4960 and a 500 ssd and a 850w psu. I put the 850w psu in my personal computer...

So what kinda of psu would you recommend?

Basically i built my system 2 years ago with a I7-4770k, 16gb ram, 250gb ssd,1tb hard drive, Corsair cx500m and a xfx r9 270x now im wanting to upgrade to r9 390x or even the Sapphire Tri-x Radeion R9 390x oc w/backplate.. Now heres the question before i was in the 400w range but if i upgraded...

When playing games i have been getting issues when looking around... when turning it stutters... but then when i walk around without moving my mouse there is no lag... Know any fixes? (Games with issue: Minecraft, TitanFall Beta, and Deus X)
