No, it is the same on every stock 4850, just don't buy a factory overclocked one and there will be no problem :)

You can use another manufacturer's 4850 just be aware that it has the same amount of memory and runs at the same speed of your first 4850... otherwise you have to slighlty overclock the 1st 4850 :)
