Thank you all for your input. Found out what the problem was if anyone is interested, the problem stems from insufficient RAM (8gb just doesn't quite cut it), but the reason it was so bad was because, instead of using my SSD to overload RAM onto, it was set to use an older, slower HDD as RAM...

Tried the game at 1080p on lowest settings, should be easy for the GPU. Still froze every few seconds but not quite as badly.

Hi, I'll get straight to the issue - I think my HDD must be corrupt. It shows up in File Explorer fine, however, when you go to access any files from it, it freezes solid (even if I just try to open an image file from the HDD). The issue is, I have important files on there I would like to keep...

Its only like 2 years old, but its VGA only. It appears that getting one with DVI or HDMI will solve the problem. Thanks anyway guys :)

Hi I recently purchased an EVGA GTX760, and its great. Except when I play games, especially higher graphics games, I get a flickering screen. The flickers go horizontally down the screen, they're kinda faint, but still clearly noticeable sat in front of it.
