You've got really good specs but You're using a Min Requirement in case of the PSU.That might be the proble.Try Upgrading it or if you don't mind jagged edges and Screen tearing in games disable Anti-Ailiasing and V-Sync that should help a lot =D

Honestly It might be your Mobo but it isnt exactly dying on you. Try removing the Mobo and clean it with a brush or so and No damn water I beg of you (Obviously) and make sure to carefully dust the PCI-e slots too and then tell me if it still persists =D

Get your Hard drive Checked I had a similar problem and after a couple of days the Hard Drive Died.So Backup,Check and Replace.
