Morning folks!
Ok many may laugh and ask why I bought a MSI GTX 980 ti 6GB gaming when the 1080 is round corner. I just wanted a upgraded that would get my 60fps or more so decided to just get it.
I'm not skillful or in the know when it comes to PC building but managed to install my GPU with no problems , i think . . .
I watched countless videos on this gpu and what benchmarks it should archive but I'm not managing to get the desired fps. It might just be me but even when I turn down GTA V to 1080p from 1440p there is no change to fps. Ive seen something called bottlenecking on the forums and wondered if it could be the problem. .
Here are my specs
CPU: INTEL® Core™ i7-4790K Quad Core 4.00 GHz 8MB Cache LGA1150
Memory: 16GB Hyper X Fury
Mobo: Gigabyte Z97-HD3 INTEL Z97 Chipset
PSU: 600 Watts Power Supplies [+2] (Cooler Master 600 Watts B600 B2 Gaming Power Supply, 80+)
What do you guy's think?
Any advice would be great thanks.
