my pc specs Intel i7 7700k EVGA 1080TI OC 16gb ddr4 ram windows 10 64 bit I am positive that GPU is not the root of this issue games work butter smooth and these lines only come up on windows boot Today is a first day in a week where this lines didn't come up

they just disappear after few minutes

I appreciate the response the fps drops don't make me turn off the game I was just wondering if there's a way to fix it oh well, I'll just carry on with it as is thank you, guys :D

Hello there With the recent reveal of Borderlands 3 I have decided to do a full play through of borderlands 2 but the performance I am getting bothers me quite a bit I am playing on 1440p resolution with a 144hz monitor settings maxed out but physx set to low and I am getting drops fps below...
