I actually figured out the problem. Apparently explorer.exe doesn't run on Startup anymore. Why exactly thats the case since today I have no idea, but I'm currently trying to find a way to fix that.

It's a waste to buy two Asus VG248QE 144hz monitors if only one is going to be for gaming and the other for web browsing, right? It would just mean extra drain on my gpu, correct? Otherwise I was thinking of just buying a second Asus VG248QE to make them match, but only one would ever be used...
