Well so by looking at the datasheets and my checked PSU Pinout it should work just fine

and for the psu i have: Download for the Manual of my PSU

And for my Budget and Location. Budget--> I already have the PSU. Just wondering if it would work. Location--> Austria

So this is a Dell Optiplex 990 SFF Power Supply. I compared it to my PSU´s pinout and its the same. And this is a be quiet Power Zone 1´s Pinout. As you can see. its the same. So it should work right?
