Yeah this happened to me as well. I updated my motherboard bios and that seemed to have resolved the issue for me.

I'd suggest you download a software to keep your PC components usage in check and see if anything is being bottlenecked. I use MSI afterburner app on my phone for that.

AMD RX 460 would be a good choice. It doesn't require external power and your CPU wont bottleneck it (by much).

I agree with dudeman509. Your CPU is perfectly fine but that GPU could use an upgrade.

I've got ZOTAC 480GB NVMe SSD and trust me, if you're getting an SSD for faster loading times than standard SATA SSD, you wont notice the difference. My friend's SSD loads games at just the same speed as mine. And NCIX Tech Tips just uploaded a video to prove that.
