Changing Graphics Card

So I wouldn't need to change my power or anything else in the actual system itself?

Yeah 460 doesn't require much power so 350W PSU is enough for it. There are some manufacturers that attach a 6 pin power connector to power up this card(most dont do this but I saw one) but the truth is that power from your motherboard will be enough to get this card running. So just get one that doesnt require a power connector from PSU and it'll be a good plug and play GPU.

Could you possibly send me a link to this card? I'm too nervous of buying the wrong thing, since I do not know much about this.
