Tried. Nothing changed. I only had two down grade options and one of them was horrible. So 13.1 and same prob. (Windows 8)

So I tried this. I get the exact same frame rate and when I lower it back to 1440x900 i literally get the same framerate! A week ago on my old monitor at 1440x900 I could record videos at 60 fps (with all settings on ultra) and have no problem. When I record videos now it drops my frame rate...
