i5 9600k 16gbram gtx 1060 6gb and i have these problems in all my games some games you can see it alot more then others

so i have this problem that my textures disapear when getting some distance like 2 or 3 meters and settings are on high so this cant be the problem also if i ads then i see it again and in some games even if i have ani alaising on and maxed its still blrry and on sometimes my trees are poly or...

but i have this on other games to its weird i did install my older driver but still same problem.. i did reinstall my pc still the same problem idk what to do it makes me go crazy xD

do you know some fix?

no the models dont you see they dissapear? from very close and if i aim then i see it again there are textures loading to slow idk why

can someone please help me fix this i reseted my pc twice and still have this problem idk what this is i tryed it without my gpu and had the same problem then i tried again with gpu also that problem so i supose that it is not my gpu but what is it then my settings are always high so it cant be...

all my settings in game are on high but there is no option for draw distance?

so if i play my games i have this problem that some assets wont load from far or close only if i zoom in my gun or if i get closer idk how this problem happend before i could play normal now i always have this problem... see the video to understand what i mean i hope you guys can help me...
