OK so close to 8hrs later and the computer still running fine good temps and no issues found. Next step how do I go about building the OC up. I am unsure with this new Bios interface. I am going to try the link I posted in the beginning to see if the settings mentioned in that discussion work...

OK got the Bios updated to F12. Now to try to overclock the system. I am going to try the settings you suggested Tradesman1
