You would be much better off buying a newer card, 2 650s will never work as good as a 1070 as many games don't support SLI, so it would be just one 650 doing all the work. You also won't need a new mobo.

Yeah, the only way to do SLI with your 1070 would be with any other 1070 with the same amount of VRAM

Thankypu for getting back to me, however I found a thread with the fix for my problem. I was trying to install Windows XP onto a 320GB drive, but Windows XP Service Pack 3 was what I needed to install onto a drive larger than 138GB. Thanks anyway
