Hello, I'm building a new pc and I am thinking of using it for a bit of rendering and editing in the future. Will I see a big difference between these 2 CPUs? Will the i5 4690 will be a lot faster than the 4590? The differnce in my country is 17€.

Do you think that, instead of going with a Skylake with ddr3, I should go with a pc with 4590? I really can't afford ddr4 memory now.
