It's no driver issue i don't think, i've checked everything. Im not using a cooler except the cpu one but i've got one gpu and two monitors

I was trying to remove some permissions from a user i havent seen before, who was removing some of MY permissions and then boom no access to some of my apps

I dont really remember the name of the folder (but i tried some other solutions before that but every time i was deleting it, after a reboot i would come back. Yeah I can still boot up my PC it doesnt have a problem. And im operating on Windows 10
