Last month on SEA servers I used to get 60 - 100 ping. Now its gone all the way upto 300-400. Idk why :(. I end every app other than the game to ensure nothing downloads. Get a seasonic or corsair, anything BUT a coolermaster. If you plan on upgrade like an SLI, this wont be enough. If you intend to do an SLI in the future i reccomend maybe like 800 watt.
