Yea did it multiple times nothing changed

Hello everyone so the past few days i noticed that my gpu has really low usage and fps are lower than they should be like 2% or less when playing games sometimes it goes at 40% but then it falls back and ive done everything from reinstalling every driver reinstaling windows and nothing changed...

no not yet and my old ram is 2 4gb hyper x fury ddr4 at 2133mhz and the new one is 2 8gb gskill ripjaws ddr4 at 3200mhz

Hello so yesterday my friend gave me his gskill ripjaws 16gb ram and i tried it out i had hyperx fury 8 gb ram and before i tried my friends ram i could play watch dogs 2 with 50-60 fps but after i tried my friends ram i only get 40-50 fps at whatever settings i play i reinstalled the game but...

some of my games run on 30 or 40 fps but when i play the game is like playing with 20 fps gigabyte gtx 750 ti 4gb pentium g4560
