Thanks, I saw that a while back but couldn't install the software because it was made for Windows 7 and 8. In the absence of the software the battery should charge normally but iny case it just won't recognise the official charger.

Thanks, I've put it down to this too. It still happens all of the time on my PC, especially when saving files - so annoying.
There is a quick workaround if you press the windows key and space at the same time cycles through keyboard settings and gets things on the right track.

Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

- I did manage to get it working in a previous case of this but it ended up reverting back, only time will tell.
I'm on a Windows 10 Pro desktop using Sophos Home anti-virus.
Edit: There are no stuck keys using the keyboard tester. When I tested it in Chrome it worked fine but when I tested it in Edge the random key outputs started again.
The on screen keyboard works fine too.
