look it depends on each cpu, your cpu and a ryzen cpu are alot different from each other, i think ur cpu heats up faster than a ryzen cpu, the ryzen cpu probably does not need a cooler as much as your cpu needs a cooler

u most probably didn't, the pc was shutdown forcefully as a fail-safe to the CPU getting fried since the CPU was overheating ,but don't try something like that again lol

most probably your pc needs cleaning especially your case fan. This once happened to me and cleaning the pc solved it.
