Try to borrow a gpu , it doesn't matter what gpu is . The point is to see , if you have a problem with gpu or the mobo(pci slot), but from what you said , the gpu is the problem.

Update after a long time . The gpu is faulty. I've tested on a friend's pc. It started with video image but when i tried to bench the gpu , pc got blocked and after the computer shutted down and the psu started to beeping.

I tried reinstalling the vbios , but nothing.

I think the gpu broked , because on the new kit doesn't work and the vga led shows up and on the old one is running at x1 1.1.

I can update if i need.
