Turns out it was the fans and the case creating a vibration that made so much noise, I'll change the stock fans anyways

I have it and I think it's very quiet when under 1200RPM, though the stock fans are very loud so I would change them. Anyways it's a very good and silent pump!

Shouldn't I be able to play it on ultra? In that case, what prevents it from running it on that setting? If I put on Vsync perhaps it would run at stable 40-60 fps?
