You can buy them used on eBay for less than $100

I already have an i5-4670k that's currently at 4.2GHz, but having just 4 cores isn't good enough for live streaming/gaming at the same time. I would go for a E5-2670, but finding a decent priced mobo is kinda difficult.

so I recently got a new build going and when I got the ISO for windows 7 home premium 64 bit onto my flash drive so that I could install it, I go to do the instll and its claiming I'm missing a DVD driver, but I'm not using my DVD drive. Any help would be great. Thanks.
