High Temps On cpu

Ok .So i've had this kind of cpu Core i 5 4440(haswell) which is not a bad proccesor but the thing is im getting very high temps causing my games to stutters and crash while the cpu is idle i get atleast 59 degrees and when im playing i get over 95 temp this is so bad making my game just stutter but i have never had alerts about high temp or getting my PC rebooted its just high making it hard when im playing to access programs like Firefox and stuff please if u can help me just answser

No i dont know what u mean by stock cooler You mean the default Cpu fan? Yes if thats it and i dont know how to make sure its installed correctly

have your pc checked at a local repair shop, since you are not an expert. The fan may be malfunctioning , the thermal paste may have dried or the cooler may not be seated properly.
