Hopefully this is the issue because my last resort to figure out black screen issue was one by one replacing each component and see whats causing the issue. Ram being problem would be perfect cause i dont want to replace my 4070 gpu or psu, which would be my next guess for an issue.

Basically ive had a problem with my PC where my monitors shut down and all fans turn to 100%. Ive tried every single posible way to fix it, but nothing helped. I decided to just to be safe to test RAM. And to my suprise i was met with thousands of errors on only 1 stick. I tested the same stick...

I found out it only keeps spinning at 50%, while at 49% it keeps turning off and on. Im happy with 50% as my GPU stays 35C all the time.

After testing, putting fan speed at 31% shows that they are running, but after I peak through the case I can see that fans are not spinning even if both MSI afterburner and HW64INFO are showing fan speed at 31%. Why is it doing this?

I have 2700x and Im struggling to have 200fps in VALORANT. Ive compared benchmarks for valorant with 2700x and 5600x and incease in FPS was drastic, 2700x could hold around 230 with 2080 super while 5600x held over 400 with 2080 super.

CPU encoding is better quality, and thats why it is being used in DUAL PC setups. For single PC setup GPU encoder is better as it has almost no impact on gaming performance. Most games I play don't even use 30-40% GPU, while streaming it doesn't go above 70%. RTX cards have an amazing encoder...
