Hi there. I am guessing you have a Realtek sound chip? I ordered the PX4 without realising that it needed a DDL enable chipset, however there are modded drivers for the chipset that do enable DDL. If you are using windows 7 it means running in test mode so you don't have to boot up windows...

Have you tried using the "recommended settings" from Geforce Experience? I know some people dont like this but it does seem to be ok in my experience of gaining good game performance. Other than that it could be a refresh rate issue - is your display stuck at 24hz?
