Finnally figured out a solution a few days ago, I found out that the socket on my motherboard so I switched the motherboard and cpu and it fixed it but cause another issue.

well with mine, if i switch my gpu out it fixes the issue, but the gpu works fine in other systems so im thinking theres some kind of incompatibility with the gpu and cpu, so im just getting a new cpu/mobo and seeing if it helps

same kit as you I think just a 2666 mhz model, but I cant get my system to even boot at 2666 and it was working at 2400 but now in windows its registering as 2133

eh, doesnt matter just tried it my self and my system wont boot with the speed being increased.
