Wont let me get into safe mode, tried f8 plus its windows 10 >:

So my gf was changing some setting on her Graphic card and she pressed Virtual super resolution and the screen went black and now every time she boots it up it says "Invalid Format"

So i was wondering if its safe to unplug my boot drive ssd to clean up my wires inside my case, the other day when i did this when turned the PC back on it said "BOOTMRG missing" so had to reinstall windows 7 onto the ssd, and wondering if it will happen again?

I keep getting this error everytime i try and connect my wireless network "RQL UNEXPECTED VALUE" Im using a netgear adapter and it causes my pc to crash? any ideass
