Invalid format problem

So my gf was changing some setting on her Graphic card and she pressed
Virtual super resolution and the screen went black and now every time she boots
it up it says "Invalid Format"

Wont let me get into safe mode, tried f8 plus its windows 10 >:

If you have onboard graphics, remove the graphics card and boot from there. Then remove the drivers for the graphics card, shut down, reinstall the card, and go from there.

Sadly its the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P -- AMD 970 and does not have one.

At this point, I would attempt to borrow a friend's graphics card. Install that card to get back to your system and remove the drivers.
