Invalid format problem

So my gf was changing some setting on her Graphic card and she pressed
Virtual super resolution and the screen went black and now every time she boots
it up it says "Invalid Format"
 
Solution
At this point, I would attempt to borrow a friend's graphics card. Install that card to get back to your system and remove the drivers.

Sadly its the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P -- AMD 970 and does not have one.
