FIXED IT! Alright, after a deep 3-hour research i managed to find and install a leshcat modded driver that finally brought an end to this issue: Leshcat AMD UnifL Catalyst Graphics Driver 15.6 v1.0 Beta 64-bit If any other 7670m user has suffered this fps/usage problem, i hope that this helps
