Worried about this label that came on my new headset it says "This product contains things that are known to the state of California to cause cancer or birth defects" Should i be worried about this as the headset is a bit worn ive had it for a few years

when im gaming and not on youtube on my second monitor my cpu temps are low like in the 40-50s but when i change song on my second monitor the tempos spike to around the 60s to mid 60s and sometimes to 70 degrees is this normal i have a i7 3770 with a hyper evo 212 cooler and have not noticed...
