Yes that's the PC she has. We're running diagnostic checks with that software right now. There was no issues when we scanned "Operating System".

This makes a lot of sense. Overwatch works (doesn't use EAC), but Rust and DBD both crash as they use EAC. But what's confusing, is we've reinstalled Windows a few times, so how does this still happen?

Nope, still no luck. Even in documents. And if she tries to upload them, she gets errors from the web page (presumably because it has no rights to access the file)

I told her to copy it to her desktop and she still couldn't do anything with it. I'll try and go through it with her again later.
