I tested today with a RTX 4070 Ti. Same stuttering. So it looks like it's not the GPU. I ran two passes no errors. Here's a screenshot of the temperatures. Nothing over 66.1C Single Thread: 637.6 Multi Thread: 9462.4

I have reinstalled the drivers like ten times, and tried different variants of the drivers based on random comments online, none have helped the stutters. That's going to be my next step. I did update it already. Thanks!

Not sure what VRMs are but I did have this MB and CPU together with the RTX 3070 and did not have stuttering. Ok will replace the PSU. But would it realistically cause the stuttering? I just assumed that if it was the PSU I would get BSODs or black screens....

I finally got it back to 3700Mhz after resetting everything in BIOS. Then activated DOCP.

I found a different forum where someone posted that the Asus Optimal setting in BIOS did this so I'll change it tomorrow back to default in BIOS and report back.

It said "4.8 GHz Max Boost, unlocked for overclocking, 70 MB of cache, DDR-3200 support" so is it bad that it's at 4.2? My BIOS is indeed set on "Asus Optimal". Might be doing that?

Uhhhh any advice what to do? I posted above that I'm currently using Ryzen Master to optimize the cores and put the auto OC profile but otherwise what else do I need to do after an upgrade?
